Florida’s Fourth DCA reverses a hospital’s summary judgment on the statute of limitations holding that the limitations period began to run when the comatose patient was appointed a permanent guardian. It did not begin to run when there was a temporary guardian as the trial court originally held. Barrior v. JFK Medical Center, et al (4th DCA June 17, 2015).
